For someone who's exhausted from being strong, holding everything together, or pretending they're okay.
You Don't Have to Be Strong Today is a heartfelt, encouraging card for someone navigating illness, treatment, recovery, emotional exhaustion, or one of life's difficult seasons.
It gives them permission to feel whatever they're feeling without having to put on a brave face. No pressure to be positive. No expectation to have it all together. Just the reassurance that someone cares and isn't going anywhere.
Front:
"YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE STRONG TODAY."
Inside:
"You can be tired.
You can be scared.
You can be completely over it.
You don’t have to pretend with me.
I’m still right here."
